Intro to Molecular Phylogenetics

I will be presenting a draft of a lecture that I will be giving in a fourth year molecular evolution class.
The lecture is an introduction to Molecular Phylogenetics and will cover the basics of what phylogenetic trees are, how they are inferred, and a few examples of uses of molecular phylogenies. I will need some feedback on how the lecture can be improved, as well as if there are any topics that people might be interested in, but I haven't included. I encourage any of you who don't have experience with phylogenies to attend, because your feedback will be very valuable.
